What I do

Strategy that connects content to growth.

My work sits between editorial instinct and operating discipline. I define what to make, how to package it, where to distribute it, how teams execute and what the data says to do next.

About

I’m most useful where content, audience and operations meet.

I’ve worked inside startup media, major label music and social publishing environments; each with different speeds, stakeholders and definitions of success. The commonality is translating creative output into a clear audience strategy and giving teams a system they can actually execute.

I’m currently focused on opportunities in audience development, social strategy, content growth & distribution, and creator or media partnerships.

How I think

01

Distribution is part of the creative.

A strong idea is only half the job. Packaging, timing, platform behavior and audience context determine whether those ideas travel.

02

Metrics need a next move.

Reporting should lead to a decision: make more, change the hook, shift the channel, test the format or stop doing it.

03

Systems foster creative speed.

Clear briefs, ownership, calendars and feedback loops reduce friction so teams can move faster without losing judgment.
